Dr. Zane Wang, Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Wang is the founder of Capital Financial (CF), the leading consumer credit consultancy for information-based customer acquisition and management in China. Dr. Wang established Capital Financial, which has operations in both Beijing and Shanghai, four years ago. CF has won and completed consulting contracts for a number of leading financial institutions in China, including Shanghai Credit Information Services, Bank of China, China Construction Bank and Guangdong Development Bank.

Dr. Alvin Yu, Senior VP CRF Marketing Services
Dr. Yu has extensive experience in multi-product consumer risk management and analytics in the United States and has held senior positions at Ford Credit, GE Capital, Sears Credit, Bank of America and HSBC. Dr. Yu is the senior vice president of China Risk Finance, responsible for CRF strategic development, including business consulting, credit bureau data attributes and scoring development, customer acquisition business development and related emerging consumer credit business development.

Dr. Steven Li, Chief Credit Technology Officer
Dr. Li has been a credit risk policy professional for more than 10 years in credit risk policy analysis, strategy development, risk scoring technology, reporting and implementation. Before joining CRF, he held senior positions in the United States at AT&T Universal Card, Sears Credit, and Citigroup. Dr. Li is a senior vice president at China Risk Finance, responsible for CRF's core consumer credit business strategy and related technical development, including CRF's customer acquisition and credit reporting business development, as well as CRF's credit technology development and project implementation. |

Ray Liu, Senior VP CRF Decision Solutions
Ray Liu joined China Risk Finance as Senior Vice President in July 2006. Ray is responsible for growing the Company¨s Decision Solutions segment via delivery of profitable, customized strategy management solutions. Prior to joining China Risk Finance, Ray was Director of Professional Services at Experian Asia-Pacific. While at Experian, Ray was responsible for overall sales growth and delivery of value-added analytic solutions in Experian¨s key Asia-Pacific markets. Ray has also held senior positions at GE Capital Hong Kong, GE Capital and Cendant. Ray earned his M.S. in Statistics in the USA and an M.A. in Economics in China.
